Seats: who sits where

Organisation → Seats lists the thirty-four seats, who holds each — the Units drawing shows them too, one card per group of seats under each head, and opens Seats on that unit — who is acting and who answers for a vacant one — and is the one place a seat is assigned, moved or vacated, by the board, the CEO, the COO and the Chief of Strategy; a Senior Director or Director asks for a senior officer or officer there with Request someone, which the chief of the office approves and the approval fills the seat; nobody is acting unless seated as acting; it reads by office, one unit at a time, or in protocol order with Copy, and warns of acting appointments due within two weeks. It is the one door for seating anybody on the roster: every other button that seats somebody, and an approved appointment’s Seat them now, opens it with the person, the seat or the approval filled in. An approved appointment waits in the Inbox until a seat is given on it, and seats one person once.
