Every standing duty as a deliverable on a seat (마감판), under Work’s Deadlines figure and among your tasks: whose a duty is the moment a seat changes hands, who is reminded and when, why only somebody above the owner can move a deadline, how its owner sends it up or hands it down (and why one handed down still counts against whoever handed it down), why done needs the output attached, and what the on-time rate counts and leaves out.
