Motions, in precedence order

The nine motions a committee may move — precedence, debate and thresholds — what was dropped and where the chair does it instead, why a round robin has no total, the bar along the bottom of a seat that a delegation moves and rises to a point from, how the dais tiles the queue and the points raised with each delegation's flag on them, why an amendment is moved from the clause rather than from that bar, and why those clauses are only controls once the chair has opened the floor to amendments.
